Qualified welder (stainless steel)

Your Mission

As part of its growth, Mecalab is looking for a qualified welder for the manufacturing of skids and welded stainless steel components. The welder will be responsible for assembling piping structures and stainless steel components using high-precision TIG welding techniques.

Mecalab is a company specializing in the manufacturing of piping and welded systems for the food and cosmetic industries. Based in Villers-Le-Bouillet, the startup provides high-purity and premium solutions for industrial clients.

Your Challenge

As a welder, you will be tasked with assembling skids and welded stainless steel components. You will work with precision to produce high-quality welds and operate automated equipment to ensure finishes meet technical specifications, following the provided mechanical drawings.

Your Profile

• You have training in welding, mechanics, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in TIG welding, pipe fitting, or assembling metal structures is a plus.
• You can read and interpret complex mechanical drawings.
• You are autonomous, responsible, and take the initiative.
• You are capable of handling heavy parts.
• You have a good team spirit and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals.

• TIG welding and surface finishing with Ra values < 0.8, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
